Materials:
(Continuing with same materials as Part One)

For Part Two we will be using the following
Special Stitches:
Beginning Shell (beg shl) - sl st to next ch sp, (ch 4, tr, ch 2, 2 tr) in same sp
Shell (shl) - (2 tr, ch 2, 2 tr) in ch sp indicated
Shell in shell (shl in shl) - work Shell in ch-2 sp of next Shell
Beginning Shell Increase (beg shl incr) - sl st to next ch sp, [ch 4, tr, (ch 2, 2 tr) 2 times] in same ch sp
Shell Increase (shl incr) - [2 tr, (ch 2, 2 tr) 2 times] in next shell

Note:
Doily will "ruffle" during this part (as many pineapple patterns do), but it will lay mostly flat again by the time you finish Rnd 15.  :o)

RND 9: sl st into same lp, ch 6 (counts as first tr and 2 ch), tr in same lp, *ch 3, tr in next tr, (ch 1, tr in next tr) 7 times, ch 3**, (tr, ch 2, tr) in next ch-4 lp*, rep from * to * around ending last rep at **, join with sl st in 4th ch of beg ch-6. (80 tr, 8 ch-2 sps)

RND 10: beg shl, *ch 3, sk ch-3 sp, sc in next tr, (ch 4, sc in next tr) 7 times (7 ch-4 lps), ch 3, sk ch-3 sp**, shl in next ch-2 sp*, rep from * to * around ending last rep at **, join with sl st in top of beg ch-4. (8 shl, 56 ch-4 lps)

RND 11: beg shl, *ch 3, sk ch-3 sp, sc in next ch-4 lp, (ch 4, sc in next ch-4 lp) 6 times (6 ch-4 lps), ch 3, sk ch-3 sp**, shl in shl*, rep from * to * around ending last rep at **, join. (8 shl, 48 ch-4 lps)

My doily is now about 10" across at the widest points and
I haven't decided yet if I should continue with a second
set of Pineapples or just finish up with some fans.
